Refund & Return Policy
At ZivCart, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns:
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
* Product must be unused and in original condition.
* Original packaging and tags must be intact.
* Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
* Used products
* Products damaged after delivery
* Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
